Project Description - $3.7B - The East Link Extension includes fourteen miles of new light rail that connects Seattle’s International District to the Redmond Technology Station.
Nisqually’s Role - NCS is providing construction management services for Sound Transit’s E335 and E340 contracts for the light rail extension project. NCS has several inspectors working on the project, as well as an assistant Resident Engineer and Change Manager. Scope of work includes a GC/CM contract, new stations, an underground platform adjacent to Bellevue City Hall, elevated, underground, and at-grade track and guideway and a crossing over I-405.
