Project Description - This design-build project included site development, utilities, landscaping, irrigation, and parking lots for the new child development center.
Nisqually’s Role - Nisqually provided quality control throughout all phases of design and construction, including processing submittals and RFIs, preparing monthly payment requests, maintaining document control, and developing closeout paperwork.
