Construction Services
We perform a wide range of site and utility work activities for the Army, Navy, Public, Private and other Tribal communities. Our experienced field staff has worked on both vertical structures and heavy civil infrastructure projects.
Construction Management
Our construction engineers and inspectors provide on-site client representation and are skilled in project management, submittal and RFI review, change management, quality control and familiarity with contracts and specifications.
Trucking Services
After years of working on construction sites and thousands of hours operating large construction equipment, we’re excited to announce that we now haul material for our own work and can also provide these services as a subcontractor.
Projects
EAST LINK EXTENSION
NCS is currently providing construction management services for Sound Transit’s $3.7 billion light rail extension project. Work includes a GC/CM contract, new stations, an underground platform adjacent to Bellevue City Hall, elevated, underground, and at-grade track and guideway and a crossing over I-405.
SEATTLE WATERFRONT
NCS is currently providing construction inspection on Seattle’s $724 million redevelopment of the waterfront, which includes construction of a park promenade, a new surface street along Alaskan Way, rebuild of Pier 58 and Pier 62, and an elevated connection from Pike Place Market to the waterfront.
SEATTLE CENTER
NCS is currently providing site work and new utility construction for the Seattle Center project. The $850 million Seattle Center project includes the new Climate Pledge Arena (formerly KeyArena), parking garage, an access tunnel, and landscape improvements.
